The Process
Firstly, you need to create a budget for your new purchase by speaking to one of our knowledgeable consultants. We will assess your financial and personal situation and ask you for some necessary papers to generate an "Agreement in Principle." To guarantee a complete and accurate knowledge of your revenue, we will speak with your Accountant directly (with your consent, of course).
You are then ready to register with estate agents and start looking at properties. Make sure you find a home that meets all of your requirements before you "Make an Offer." Ensure that you give the vendor adviser's contact information to the person you are buying the property from so that they can confirm you are qualified to move through with the purchase. You will also need a lawyer to help you with your purchase.
Finally, we will begin the mortgage application process once you receive your signed contract. We will need a few more documents from you to move forward. We will update you regularly on the status of your application and provide you with a consultation until you are settled.
